Brinke has a B.S.

Business Management from the University of Phoenix, Tempe, Arizona. She is a versatile Human Resources professional with global expertise in organisational development, effectiveness strategies and talent management initiatives.

She began her career in the HR area in 1995 and until most recently was employed in a senior HR role with leading international copper and gold producer, Freeport-McMoRan. Prior to that appointment, Ms Brinke was employed as Vice President of Human Resources with Countrywide Financial Corporation in Arizona from 2005 to 2008. ORC is developing a heavy mineral sand project near Coos Bay in Southern Oregon with plant commissioning scheduled for late in the current quarter. The plant will produce a suite of heavy minerals such as zircon, ilmenite, garnet with the principal product being a unique premium grade chromite destined for the international foundry markets. All aspects of processing the extracted material will be undertaken on company owned property located in Coos Bay, Oregon..

The main plant to be constructed is designed to be highly efficient and scaleable with the ability to process from 500,000 to 1,200,000 tpa of material. ORC has been established in the area since 1989 when the first stage of exploration was undertaken.
