NOTICE OF INTENDED CANCELLATION OF LISTING FOR WARRANTS TO SUBSCRIBE FOR ORDINARY SHARES IN THE COMPANY

Further to the Companys announcement on 7 June 2010 and the lapse of the warrants on 9 June 2010, each of which gave the right to subscribe for one Ordinary Share and was constituted by a warrant instrument executed by the Company on 21 April 2009 ("Warrants"), the Company announces that it has applied to the UK Listing Authority to cancel the listing of the Warrants. 

It is intended that cancellation will take effect on or shortly after 8.00 a.m.

(London time) on 21 July 2010.
