For example, while oil was making its epic run from less than $10 to more than $140 (a 1,300% increase!), annual oil demand was growing by about 1.5% per year. Even the lowest forecast of lithium demand growth is <u>four times</u> more.</p> <p>Forbes magazine declares, "<em>The gas engine made petroleum the world's biggest commodity. The electric car could the same for lithium."</em></p> <p>Clearly, there's a big opportunity forming in lithium and a few forward-looking companies are getting positioned to reap the rewards. And the market has already started rewarding them.</p> <p>Many junior lithium companies have made it through the credit crunch virtually unscathed. Anticipation of the coming lithium boom has sent shares of small lithium miners up as much, as 500%, 1,000%, or more. Some have earned market valuations as high as $100 million.</p> <p>It's a bull market in lithium stocks, but it's not too late to jump on for a long and potentially very lucrative ride.</p> <p>The Bottom Line Report, however, doesn't look for the high-fliers or the lithium stocks everyone is talking about. We look for the cheapest, high-quality companies in the market because they have the most upside potential.</p> <p>And when it comes to lithium, you'd be hard pressed to find one more undervalued, better positioned, or run by a more experienced management team (from Big Oil to Harvard to the world's largest lithium producer they're all here), than <strong>Ultra Lithium (<a href=" <p style="font-size: 16px" align="center"><strong>What You Need to Now About Low-Cost Lithium</strong></p> <p>Ultra Lithium has amassed an impressive group of lithium exploration properties in some of the most prolific lithium mining regions in the world.</p> <p>But the regions it has secured it's lithium properties gives it a significant cost advantage over its competitors.</p> <p>You see, Ultra Lithium's three properties South Big Smokey Valley, Berland River and Zigzag Lake are in regions where the lithium grades are exceptionally rich. Take a look...</p> <p><strong><u>South Big Smokey Valley</u></strong></p> <p><u>South Big Smokey Valley shares a similar geology and weathering history to Clayton Valley, located 16 miles to the south. The north end of Clayton Valley hosts Chemetall Foote Corporation's Silver Peak mine, the only lithium brine producer in the United States. </u></p> <p><u>Mine production comes from a lithium-enriched brine located below the surface. This plant has been in production since 1967 and is designed to produce up to 1.2 million kilograms of lithium hydroxide per year.</u></p> <p>The real advantage to Big Smokey Valley though is that it's a brine target. Lithium brines are created when lithium is dissolved into water. The cost of "mining" lithium from brines ranges from $1,400 to $2,600 per ton of lithium. Comparatively, it costs between $4,300 to $4,800 per ton to process mineral lithium a.k.a. hard rock lithium.</p> <p>As a result, South Big Smokey Valley offers Ultra Lithium the potential to emerge as one of the lowest-cost lithium producers in the world. After all, the lithium brine offers Ultra Lithium the opportunity to operate with as much as 70% lower costs.</p> <p><strong><u>Berland River</u></strong></p> <p>The Berland River lithium project consists of 650 square kilometers of claims located about 200 kilometers west of Edmonton in the heart of Alberta's lithium mining district.</p> <p>The Alberta Research Council (ARC) report "Resource Estimates of Industrial Minerals in Alberta Formation Waters by Bachu, Yuan, Brulotte, 1995" of having the potential for the production and extraction of lithium from formation waters.</p> <p>The ARC's study revealed an estimated grade of 140 mg/L. That's the equivalent grade found in Clayton Valley, Nevada where Chemetall Foote Corporation has been producing lithium hydroxide from the Silver Peak Mine since the 1960s.</p> <p><strong><u>Zigzag Lake</u></strong></p> <p>Ultra Lithium's Zigzag Lake projects consist of 2064 hectares with initial trenching grades up to 1.8% in Ontario's prolific lithium belt.</p> <p>Zigzag contains hard-rock lithium ore which also includes tantalum (another metal essential for electronics industry facing a very significant supply crunch in the years ahead).</p> <p>Zigzag is located adjacent to the Seymour Lake Property owned by Linear Metals a company valued more than <em><u>two times</u></em> higher than Ultra Lithium. Linear Metals has already hit lithium grades as high as 2.4%.</p> <p>There's a lot going on in the lithium world and Ultra Lithium is right in the center of it all.</p> <p>But here's the thing. Ultra Lithium has the right properties in the right areas that gives it the very real potential to emerge quickly as one of the world's preeminent lithium companies.</p> <p>Although, the most advantageous feature of Ultra Lithium shares is that they're so very, very cheap.</p> <p style="font-size: 16px" align="center"><strong>Jump on Lithium Bull for 5 Cents on the Dollar</strong></p> <p>Given the market's interest in lithium, the anticipated boom in lithium prices, and the nearly-inevitable factors steadily pushing up demand for lithium-based batteries, the company should easily be worth tens of millions of dollars.</p> <p>The market, however, has seemed to have completely passed over Ultra Lithium.</p> <p>Take a look at the table below. Shares of some of the most well-known lithium companies are fetching premium valuations:</p> <div align="center"> <table style="border-collapse: collapse; font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 12px" border="1" cellspacing="0" bordercolor="#333333" cellpadding="3"> <tbody> <tr> <td valign="top" width="432" colspan="3"><strong>Junior Lithium Company Valuations </strong></td> </tr> <tr> <td valign="top" width="146"> <div align="center"><strong>Name</strong></div> </td> <td valign="top" width="142"> <div align="center"><strong>Symbol:Exchange</strong></div> </td> <td valign="top" width="144"> <div align="center"><strong>Market Cap (all $US)</strong></div> </td> </tr> <tr> <td valign="top" width="146"> <div>Western Lithium</div> </td> <td valign="top" width="142"> <div align="center">WLC:TSX</div> </td> <td valign="top" width="144"> <div align="center">$102 million</div> </td> </tr> <tr> <td valign="top" width="146"> <div>Li3 Energy</div> </td> <td valign="top" width="142"> <div align="center">LIEG:NASDAQ</div> </td> <td valign="top" width="144"> <div align="center">$63 million</div> </td> </tr> <tr> <td valign="top" width="146"> <div>Lithium One</div> </td> <td valign="top" width="142"> <div align="center">LI:TSX</div> </td> <td valign="top" width="144"> <div align="center">$38 million</div> </td> </tr> <tr> <td valign="top" width="146"> <div>Salares Lithium</div> </td> <td valign="top" width="142"> <div align="center">LIT:TSX</div> </td> <td valign="top" width="144"> <div align="center">$22 million</div> </td> </tr> <tr> <td valign="top" width="146"> <div><strong>Ultra Lithium</strong></div> </td> <td valign="top" width="142"> <div align="center"><strong>ULI:TSX</strong></div> </td> <td valign="top" width="144"> <div align="center"><strong>$5 million</strong></div> </td> </tr> <tr> <td valign="top" width="432" colspan="3"> <div align="right">*As of February 26, 2010</div> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> </div> <p>Needless to say, there is a lot of anticipation built into the lithium sector.</p> <p>But Ultra Lithium shares haven't gone for the ride...yet.</p> <p>At a market value of less than $5 million, Ultra Lithium is one of the cheapest lithium stocks in the entire sector.</p> <p>The upside is virtually unlimited at these levels.</p> <p>Consider this, at $5 million, Ultra Lithium is valued at 95% less than one of the most widely-held lithium stocks Western Lithium.</p> <p>At such rock-bottom prices, Ultra Lithium shares could <em><u>double</u></em> and still be worth less than half of one of its lowest valued competitors.</p> <p>The shares could <u>quadruple</u> and still be the lowest-priced lithium company in the table above.</p> <p>That's all why the potential here is virtually unlimited. This divergence in the lithium sector cannot - and will not last.</p> <p style="font-size: 16px" align="center"><strong>Second to None</strong></p> <p>It's not hard to see Ultra Lithium has a lot going for it. But what really sets this company apart is the people pulling it altogether.</p> <p>As you'll quickly learn, Ultra Lithium has amassed a management team with decades of experience at some of the world's largest companies and in some very successful junior resource companies:</p> <p><strong>Mr. Tony M. Ricci -</strong>C.A. - 20 years experience in public company financial management including CFO of Keegan Resources, former director and CFO of Norsemont Mining Inc., CFO of both Petaquilla Minerals Ltd. and Petaquilla Copper Ltd., and ex KPMG</p> <p><strong>Dr. Ishiung Wu -</strong>M.A., Ph.D. Economic geology-geochemistry from Harvard 30 years experience in mineral exploration management, extensive field experience, and former Chevron U.S Exploration Manager</p> <p><strong>Mr. Keith Evans -</strong>M.A., Honours in Geology from Wales - Resident expert on the International Lithium Alliance board with 35 years experience and leading figure on global lithium reserve study. Mr. Evans Former advisor for Lithium Corp of America, Amax and SQM (world's largest lithium chemicals producer)</p> <p><strong>Mr. Marc Morin - </strong>President and CEO, Sparrow Ventures Corp Has successfully raised over $100 million for public and private companies and seven years public company experience.</p> <p style="font-size: 16px" align="center"><strong>The Bottom Line</strong></p> <p>Ultra Lithium has it all.</p> <p>It has some of the richest, most sought-after lithium projects in the world.</p> <p>It has the right people in place that can take the company from an unknown $5 million lithium junior into the next $100 million+ lithium company.</p> <p>On top of that, as lithium demand grows, interest in lithium stocks will grow right along with it. And it's only a matter of time a very short time until investors find this lithium gem.</p> <p>Best of all though, this stock is at truly rock-bottom prices. With just over 72 million shares outstanding and a share price of less than 10 cents (just off its 52-week lows) combining to make a <u>market value of less than $5 million</u>. And at this level, the downside is minimized and the upside potential is maximized.</p> <p>In the end, Ultra Lithium could be your chance to get in on a ground-floor opportunity in the lithum industry.</p> <p>It's your ticket to ride the lithium bull. But when it comes to <strong>Ultra Lithium (<a href=" you're getting your ticket to ride one of the greatest bull market of the next decade for 95% off.</p> <strong>Follow Ultra Lithium at </strong><a href=" </td> </tr> <tr> <td bgcolor="#46563c" width="100%"> <p align="center"><font size="4" face="Arial"><a href=" color="#ffffff">Click Here for a Free Real-time Stock Quote on TSX-V: ULI</font></a></font></p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <p> </p> <table style="border-collapse: collapse" border="0" cellspacing="0" bordercolor="#111111" cellpadding="0" width="760" align="center"> <tbody> <tr> <td> <p align="center"><br /> <font size="-2" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="color: rgb(12,0,0)">Disclaimer: Vantage Communications Ltd. was paid to distribute this bulletin.</span><br style="color: rgb(12,0,0)" /> <span style="color: rgb(12,0,0)">Vantage Communications may or may not own securities in this particular company.</span><br style="color: rgb(12,0,0)" /> <span style="color: rgb(12,0,0)">THIS IS NOT A RECOMMENDATION TO BUY OR SELL ANY SECURITY!</span><br style="color: rgb(12,0,0)" /> <span style="color: rgb(12,0,0)">You are on this mailing list because you registered for VantageWire News.</span><br style="color: rgb(12,0,0)" /> <span style="color: rgb(12,0,0)">Past performance of Companies mentioned does not guarantee future performance.</span><br style="color: rgb(12,0,0)" /> <br style="color: rgb(12,0,0)" /> <span style="color: rgb(12,0,0)">If you would like to opt out <a href=" here</a>.</span><br style="color: rgb(12,0,0)" /> <br style="color: rgb(12,0,0)" /> <span style="color: rgb(12,0,0)">For more information about this service, please contact</span><br style="color: rgb(12,0,0)" /> <span style="color: rgb(12,0,0)">Vantage Communications Ltd. at 1.800.574.0901</span><br style="color: rgb(12,0,0)" /> <span style="color: rgb(12,0,0)">Suite 550 - 666 Burrard St, Vancouver, British Columbia V6C 3P6 </span><br style="color: rgb(12,0,0)" /> <br style="color: rgb(12,0,0)" /> <span style="color: rgb(12,0,0)">This email complies with the US Federal CAN-SPAM Act of 2003</span><br /> <br />  </font></p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <IMG ALT="" SRC=" WIDTH=1 HEIGHT=1></body> </html>
