KEFI Minerals Ltd (AIM: KEFI), the gold exploration and development company with projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, has today issued an update on the proposed acquisition from Nyota Minerals Limited of the remaining 25% of the issued share capital of KEFI Minerals (Ethiopia) Limited, which is the owner of the Tulu Kapi licence.


The acquisition will bring KEFIs ownership of KEFI Minerals (Ethiopia) Limited to 100%.

It is anticipated that the acquisition will complete on 5 September 2014.
