SAS announces election of directors

(TSX-SAS) (OTCQX-STADF), ("SAS" or the "Company") today announced that each of the nominees, as listed in the Companys 2014 Management Information Circular were elected as Directors at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on May 13, 2014.
