Zeta Petroleum plc / Index: ASX / Epic: ZTA / Sector: Oil & Gas 18 February 2014 Zeta Petroleum plc (Zeta or the Company) Board Changes Zeta Petroleum plc, the ASX listed Romanian focused oil and gas exploration and production company, is pleased to announce the appointment of James Hayward to its Board of Directors as a Non-executive Director with immediate effect.

This follows the resignation of Cameron Manifold, who has stepped down from the Board to focus on other business interests. James has over 25 years experience as an investment banker in Australia and the United States.

He has significant experience in the natural resources space, with a particular focus on M&A in the oil and gas sector in Australia and more recently in Russia.

During his career, James has worked with leading firms such as Investec Citicorp and Dominguez Barry Samuel Montagu.

Over the years he has gained extensive experience as a non-executive director of a number of ASX listed companies and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

James is currently Director of Capital Markets at DH Flinders Limited, a specialist Asia Pacific corporate advisory practice focused on growth orientated small to midcap companies, with offices throughout Australia as well as in New Zealand, Singapore and Malaysia.
