Zanthus Ni-Cu Project
� Airborne VTEM program completed
� Ground EM and surface calcrete sampling programs commenced
� Program of Works for drilling submitted

Dempster Project
� Assessment of historical data shows:
o Significant surface nickel calcrete anomalies at Prickle and Thorn prospects
o RAB drilling at Prickle confirmed presence of fertile mafic-ultramafic rocks including gabbro and dunite
o Peak nickel drill result at Prickle of 0.25% and peak copper 348ppm
o Separate historical RAB gold intercept of 1m @ 0.7g/t at bottom of hole
o Work program planned to begin Q1 2014

� Ground EM survey complete � results pending
� Surface calcrete sampling program complete � results pending
� Drilling grant application lodged for DMP Exploration Incentive Scheme 2014

Widowmaker Ni-Cu and Au Project
� Soil sampling program completed over significant multi-element As-Cu-Mo-Au calcrete anomaly, as a gold target

� Cash Balance (30 Sep 2013) of $3.4 million sees Buxton well funded into 2014
