[HAV ANNOUNCEMENTS] MORE ON KALKAROO CYANIDE TEST RESULTS

Dear Shareholders Previously we announced confirmation of significant shallow gold mineralisation in Tertiary clays only 25m below the surface above the Kalkaroo deposit.

These new metallurgical results announced today now show that this gold is easily extractable with conventional cyanide leaching. http://www.havilah-resources.com.au/pdf/130822-KW_BOT_CNAu_results.pdf This has very positive implications for the start up of mining operations at Kalkaroo because it means we can access paydirt at shallow depths and probably cover the cost of overburden mining to access the main copper-gold deposit below. Also, I draw your attention to a letter to shareholders written by Chris Giles in response to the "urgent notice" of the requisitioning shareholders, which can be accessed at Chris Giles letter In it, Chris very clearly sets out the choices you face in voting at the EGM and some questions you should be asking of the requisitioning shareholders.
