Jameson Resources Ltd. [ASX:JAL] - Jameson to complete A$2.6 million Placement

Jameson Resources is pleased to announce that it has agreed to place 13,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares at A$0.20 to sophisticated and institutional investors, along with the Company Directors to raise approximately A$2,600,000.

The Placement will be issued under the Company�s current 15% capacity under listing rule 7.1. Any placement to the Directors will be subject to shareholder approval at the next General Meeting.

Blackswan Equities are acting as Lead Manager in the Placement.

Funds raised through the Placement will largely be used to fund the exploration drilling program at the Crown Mountain coking coal project which is expected to commence mid-August 2013.
