Highlights:
- Joint venture commitments completed on interest in Morupule South project.
- Cost reduction and sale of non-core assets strategy undertaken by Hodges Board.
- Morupule South neighboring mine starts exporting coal to Turkey via South African port.
- Due diligence being undertaken on Kyrgyzstan mining operation.

Hodges Resources Limited is pleased to announce that the joint venture commitments with the Morupule South project are completed. Hodge�s neighbor the Morupule Coal Mine is now exporting coal into seaborne markets via the Durban port, South Africa.

Hodges is presently looking to secure coal supply agreements with various parties in order to expedite the development of the Morupule South Project as well as align with an international power development group to fulfil the void in the regional power markets currently and future, especially now with the continued issues surrounding South Africa�s power supply decline.
