PFS and project funding Heads of Agreement signed with major shareholder Consolidated Tin Mines is pleased to announce that it has entered into a Heads Of Agreement with its major shareholder Snow Peak International Pty Ltd (SPG) to fund the final stages of the Pre-Feasibility Study. The agreement also sets out the basis for the formation of a Joint Venture Company to fund a substantial portion of the proposed process plant development costs at the Mt Garnet Tin Project.
