Dear Mr/Mrs Ramin Farzanehfar,

Production in February 2012

Rio de Janeiro, March 29, 2012 – Petróleo Brasileiro S.A.

- Petrobras reports its February 2012 output.

Petrobras’s average oil and natural gas output in February in Brazil and overseas was 2,700,814 barrels of oil equivalent per day (boed).

When considering fields in Brazil only, average oil and natural gas output was 2,455,636 boed.

This result was 1.1% lower than the one registered in January 2012 due to the scheduled shutdown of the Caraguatatuba-Taubaté Gas Pipeline (GASTAU), the completion of the extended well test (EWT) at Aruanã in Campos Basin and the shutdown for raiser repairs at FPWSO Dynamic Producer (EWT at Carioca NE).

The exclusive oil output from domestic fields reached 2,098,064 bpd and the natural gas output was 56.8 million m³/d.

Petrobras’s oil and natural gas output at overseas was 245,178 boe; the natural gas only output was 16.9 million/m3 day.
