Before we dig in to the assets, I wanted to do a quick overview of Sandstorms partner
NovaDx Ventures (TSX-V:NDX)
.
For those who arent familiar with NDX yet, they are a Vancouver based mining investment company that owns the Rosa & Rex No.
1 mines and the companies primary focus is to acquire and develop companies with active or near production high quality coal reserves within the US Appalachian coal region.
NovaDxs goal over time is to continue growing its "specialty" coal business through expanding production organically at its existing mines as well as through the opportunistic pursuit of value accretive acquisitions.
