SXG Raises $1.4M Through Placement to Funds and Long Term Shareholders

 21 million shares placed with Australian funds and long-term shareholders at 6.5c, raising $1.4M
 Placement closes most of the remaining shortfall from the November 2011 rights issue
 Further strengthens SXG’s cash position
 Use of funds includes acceleration of exploration at the Copper Bore VMS copper-gold project and on new regional gold targets.
