Potash Minerals Limited [ASX: POK] - Paradox Basin Potash Project Update

Potash Minerals (ASX: POK), formerly known as Transit Holdings (ASX: TRH), advises that the drilling of State Hole #2 (Paradox Basin, Utah, USA) has been completed at a total depth (TD) of 6,755 ft (2,059 m) and has cored potash in both Beds 13 and 18.

* State Hole #2 successfully completed and logged
* Drill rig moved and State Hole #3 spudded
* Results indicate potash over a wide area of the project

This drilling, along with the results from State Hole #1, gives confidence in the presence of potash over a wide area of the project. In conjunction with historical oil and gas drilling results, there is now additional evidence demonstrating continuity of the beds of interest.

State Hole #2 is the second hole of the State Land drilling program. The four holes were planned within the constraints of the state block locations to upgrade the Paradox Basin Potash Project�s exploration target into a JORC code compliant resource.
