Tirex Resources (TSX-V:TXX) Gold and Copper Production Now in Sight
Weve been following Tirex for the last few years and now theres some "company maker" news to report.
TXX has entered into a definitive agreement which will lead to copper and gold production at the Mirdita VMS Project in Albania.
In early 2007, Tirex flew the first ever airborne electromagnetic survey in the country to help identify drill targets for a 2008 exploration campaign.
There was strong speculation based on old Soviet mining data that there was a considerable amount of valuable ore to be had in what was believed to be an entire VMS District made up of multiple historic mine sites.
Ongoing exploration work has proved this to be true.
Tirex has 17 known deposits within their portfolio of projects.
