The dual listing on the TSX reflects the strong interest in Azumah and its Wa Gold Project in Ghana among investors in the northern hemisphere.

Azumah already has a number of blue-chip North American institutions that are strongly represented on its share register.

The Company is also being covered increasingly by major brokers active on the TSX. The TSX listing comes as Azumah moves from explorer to emerging producer status.

Azumah believes the TSX listing will increase its profile in North America, allow for simplified peer group comparison and help it fund the development of its Wa Gold Project in Ghana. Azumahs ordinary shares will continue to trade on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) under the ASX Symbol AZM. The shares will be transferrable between the two markets on a one -for-one basis.

There will not be a capital raising associated with the TSX listing.
