GOLD WORLD RESOURCES FINDS EVIDENCE OF A LARGE GOLD-SILVER-BASE METAL MINERALIZA TION ZONE ON THE MOUNT ANDERSON YUKON PROJECT
Press Release
Gold World Resources finds evidence of a large gold-silver-base
metal mineralization zone on the Mount Anderson Yukon Project
TORONTO, August 11, 2011 Gold World Resources Inc.
(TSXV:GDW) or (the "Company") is pleased to report that preliminary soil geochemistry data from its Mount Anderson Yukon (Mt.A) property showevidence of a large zone of gold-silver-base metal mineralization flanking a gold-enriched core in the hitherto unexplored north slope of the mountain.
Results of the soil sampling also support the continuity of the high grade gold-silver-base metal vein exposed in Trench 47 which appears to be traceable for at least 2,000 m, based on initial MMI results for lines crossing the east-west trend.
Initial soil sample results received from the SGS Toronto laboratory (SGS) on 2,926 samples show almostcontinuously anomalous Mobile Metal Ion (MMI) soil values over large portions of the 3.6 kilometre (km)long north-south lines 35 and 36.
Lines 35 and 36 are spaced 100 metres apart and were sampled at 50 m intervals.
Line 35 returned anomalous MMI soil values as high as 156 times the 25% quartile background levels in the case of gold, 84 times background levels in the case of silver and 399 times background levels for lead, over adistance of 2.3 km.
(Background levels, refers to the minor residual metal values that would be found in the soil if there was little or no underlying mineralization.
In the case of MMI surveys, the number of times background is referred to as a Response Ratio.
For calculation, see http://www.geochem.sgs.com/mmi-responseratios.htm).

Line 35 Gold-Silver MMI plot.
Line 36 returned anomalous soil values over 700 m and 300 m lengths that are adjacent to high values on Line 35.
Samples for lines both east and west of these two lines are still in testing.
It is particularly noteworthy that the gold and silver values on lines 35 and 36 are considerably higher than those for soil samples over known veins, including the vein exposed by Trench 47 from which a sample of approximately 1,000 pounds is currently being subjected to tests at SGS (see news release dated 20 July 2011).
Lines 35 and 36 were surveyed early to test the premise that a mineralized stockwork, potentially amenable to bulk mining, could be present where a topography-inferred northeast trending structure intersects a major eastwest structure marking Mt.
Andersons steep north slope.
The setting is considered analogous to that which resulted in the stockwork described in a New Pacific Metals Corp.
news release dated 2 August 2011 on drill results at the Raca area of their Tagish Lake Gold property adjoining the Mt.A property to the west.
During this exploration season, the Company intends to collect approximately 4,500 soil samples and undertake an airborne survey in order to select valid high priority targets for the drilling and trenching phase of the program.
SGSs proprietary MMI analytical method has proved effective in detecting trench-confirmed veins in the survey control area where soil was sampled at 10 and 25 metre intervals along the north-south survey lines (see press release 7 July 2011).
MMI is rapidly gaining industry recognition as a potent tool to detect trace levels of metal ions that have migrated vertically to the surface from mineralization at depth.
