(SFMI) Altered Horizon in Owyhee County
Murphy, Idaho- October 15, 2009 Silver Falcon Mining, Inc., (SFMI: OTC ) announces the onset for drilling for water at its Diamond Creek Mill.

The drillers assure SFMI that plentiful water will be found at very reasonable depth and the presence of the drilling rig is the first of a number of changes to occur in Owyhee County.

Water remains a necessary and precious resource for milling activities and the Companys property has ample supply. The appearance of the rig against the skies of Owyhee marks the beginning of numerous changes to benefit our shareholders as well as the local population in Owyhee County, Idaho.
SFMI has also started moving in some heavy equipment to strip and pile the overburden for future use on the property.

This overburden will eventual be used for reclamation purposes from the companys milling activities.

Construction activities as such, over the next few days will provide the Companys Diamond Creek Mill facility with a full access road and a mill office place onto its permanent foundation.
Mr.

Pierre Quilliam President, stated," We are excited to see the development happening as a direct result of the efforts of our Idaho team and the support of our shareholders who believed in us for the last few years.

We will post pictures of the activity on our site and we should have a direct camera feed from the mill site by the end of the month."
