(TSXV: KWG) is pleased to announce that Cameron Clark and Sheila Willis have agreed to serve as initial members of an Advisory Panel to provide counsel to the Company’s management in the areas of public policy and communications.

Cameron Clark was Ontario’s Deputy Minister of Northern Development and Mines from 1999 until his retirement to Thunder Bay in 2005, where he serves as a Trustee of Lakehead University and as a Director of the Quetico Foundation and of the Trans Canada Trail.

He was previously the Assistant Deputy Minister for the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources and a Director of the Ontario Clean Water Agency.

Sheila Willis continues as a Senior Adviser to Hill and Knowlton after recently retiring as a Vice-President of its Canadian unit.

She was previously the President, CEO and Chair of the Board of the Ontario Clean Water Agency after serving as Assistant Deputy Minister of Northern Development & Mines and of the Ministry of Environment & Energy.
