Bill McIntosh as a Director Dear Valued Customer, Rey Resources Limited (ASX: REY) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr.

Bill McIntosh as a non-executive director effective from 21 February, 2011. Mr.

McIntosh has extensive experience in both the coal industry and in project developments within Australia and overseas.

He has held senior roles in the Kaltim Prima Coal and INCO projects in Indonesia as well as BP Coal, Mobil Energy Minerals Australia and Utah Development Company (now part of BHP Billiton.) In recent years Mr. McIntosh has provided consultancy services to Rio Tinto, BHP Billiton and Asia Energy plc and to a number of other companies involved in resource developments.

Since 2004 Mr.

McIntosh has been the Technical Director of GCM Resources plc (formerly Asia Energy plc), a resources company with interests in Bangladesh, South Africa, Australia and elsewhere. "We are delighted to have secured such an experienced mining industry executive to the Board at this important stage in the companys development.

Bills experience and achievements in both coal and mine project developments will be invaluable for the ongoing development of Rey Resources" said Chairman, Charlie Lenegan. Mr.
