(HEL:TSX.V / HLLXF:OTC) -Vancouver, BC- Frank Underhill, President, releases preliminary sample results on the Athabasca claim group taken as a part of its initial due diligence.

The company, through its wholly owned subsidiary 0814636 B.C.

Ltd., signed an option to purchase 100% of the Athabasca claim group in southeastern British Columbia earlier this month. In August, 2009, six rock samples were taken from various sites on the property, including one of the Athabasca Mine tunnels.

All samples returned gold values. Sample # Au (Grams) Au (Ounces) A-1 .325 .01 A-2 7.65 .22 A-3 28.59 .83 A-3-4N 3.49 .10 A-3-4S 2.08 .06 A-4 42.12 1.23 A-1 Grab - Outcrop on road A-2 Chip - #1 Tunnel approx.

140 from entrance 2 width A-3-4N Chip 2 quartz vein app.

40 in length North side of adit on GE claim A-3-4S Chip 2 quartz vein app.

40 in length South side of adit on GE claim A-4 Grab Dump All samples were taken by a Hellix-employed contractor and secured for assay at certified laboratory Acme Analytical in Vancouver.

Due to the presence of free gold (historically approximately 80% occurs in this form), all samples were subjected to a fire assay process.

Samples A-1 through A-3-4S were tested for Au + 35 elements by fire assay (FA) and Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP) with Aqua Regia Digestion (AgR).

Sample A-3 was retested as it first assayed greater than 10.0 g/t.

Sample A-4 was tested using a metallic fire assay process and larger sample weight.

This method is more expensive but gives a more accurate reading, detecting more of the free gold in the rock. Historical records show the Athabasca Mine produced over 20,000 ounces of gold from approximately 22,000 tons milled during the late 1800s and early 1900s.

There are three main developed levels in the mine.

The No. 2 West level was reported to be most prolific with gold averaging 45.6 g/t (1.33 oz/t) over a 49 meter (160 ft) strike length.

There is no indication that ore grades diminish with depth.

The property has never been drilled. The geology of the Athabasca region features the Elise Volcanics, Nelson Instrusives, and the Silver King Porphyry.

These features host the nearby Anglo Swiss Kenville Gold Mine, Valterras Star property, and Sultan Minerals Kena property.

Sultan has reported a measured and indicated NI 43-101 compliant resource in two deposits of 11.8 million tonnes averaging 1.0 g/t gold. Exploration and development plans for the Athabasca are forthcoming. This release has been reviewed by Qualified Person Laurence Sookochoff, P.Eng.
