LHKX PLC announces that Stephen Page has joined the Board of Directors London: 3rd December 2010, London Hong Kong Exchange Plc (“LHKX PLC) confirms that Stephen Page has now joined the Company’s Board of directors.

On 12th November 2010, the Company announced that Mr Page joined the top management team as the Company’s Technology Director.

Mr Page is a highly experienced owner manager with over 30 years experience of managing technology based companies and has a history of launching and running successful businesses.

Mr Page is currently CEO of Sapphire Group, a software development business which he founded in 1979 and he has been involved in growing the widely successful DOS-based database DataEase with over 3 million licences sold.

In addition, he has worked on the acquisition of many companies, most intensively in the 1990’s when, through Sapphire, he acquired more than 10 companies.

More recently he has worked on opening and managing offshore development offices in locations such as Russia and Egypt and founded Ortegra and Bluw-i, both internet based businesses. CEO Wayne Lochner commented: “Stephen brings with him a great deal of experience and understanding of the company’s market and his leadership and entrepreneur skills will be hugely beneficial for the Company and the partners that we work with.
