01452-921, in the city and state of São Paulo, inscribed in the roll of corporate taxpayers of the Ministry of Finance (“CNPJ/MF”) under number 05.799.312/0001 20, hereby announces to shareholders that the Board of Directors meeting held on todays date elected José Carlos Aguilera as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer.

Mr.

Aguilera served as CEO during Brasil Ecodiesel’s corporate restructuring process in 2008/2009.

The Meeting also ratified the election of Eduardo de Come as Executive and Investor Relations Officer and Guilherme Augusto d`Avila Mello Raposo as Executive Officer.

Brasil Ecodiesel, in compliance with the regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil (CVM) and of the Novo Mercado Special Corporate Governance Segment, will keep shareholders and the market informed of any material developments involving the Company through the BM&FBovespa – Securities, Commodities and Futures Exchange, the CVM and the company’s investor relations website (www.brasilecodiesel.com.br/ri).
