NOTICE TO THE MARKET

São Paulo, September 03, 2010 - BRASIL ECODIESEL INDÚSTRIA E COMÉRCIO DE BIOCOMBUSTÍVEIS E ÓLEOS VEGETAIS S.A., a publicly held company, with headquarters in the city and state of São Paulo, at Avenida Brigadeiro Faria Lima, 1461, Bloco II, 4º andar, Torre Sul, Pinheiros, CEP 01452-921, whose ordinary shares are traded on the Novo Mercado Special Corporate Governance segment of the BM&FBOVESPA under the ticker symbol ECOD3, in compliance with article 157, section 4, of Law 6,404/76, as well as Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) Instruction 358/2002, hereby announces that:

The National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels – ANP, in the process of validating the 19th Biodiesel Auction’s bids, entitled the Lot 189 to the Company.

With this measure the result was an increase of 500 m3 and the total volume sold by Brasil Ecodiesel reached 23,300 m³, with an average price of R$ 1,716.93.
